They are also involved with the Windermere Foundation. Because they are long time residents of the community, they know the local market and unique features this area has to offer. Kristi is a third generation Mukilteoite. Both her father and grandfather were Mukilteo Councilmen. Kit is the newest member to the team and is a 4th generation that works in Mukilteo.
